Had a ducted heating unit installed a few weeks back by Peter, Marko and his team. Within only a few days from ordering the unit the heater had arrived and was ready to install. After installation we had a couple of hiccups (of no fault of the installation). The service from the guys was great. Coming out the same day that i had expressed my concerns and eager to get things resolved as soon as possible for me. Will 100% be going back to MIST for any future HVAC purchases/servicing.

prompt service, the guys came in one day earlier than scheduled and installed my A/C unit because the scheduled day was going to be very hot 45 degrees I was very happy with having my aircon. working on that hot day, I definitely recommend Mist heating and cooling

They installed a large split level airconditioner in our house followed by some ducting changes to our central heating. Both jobs carried out very professionally by careful trades people. Very happy.

Thanks Mist Heating and Cooling, The installation team who did the work were intelligent, polite and responsive to questions. They explained what they were to do clearly and made a minimum of mess. After finishing the job they cleaned-up well, even washing marks off the walls. A good experience. Please thank the boys for a good job.

We just had 3 bulkhead units installed in our house being built by the guys at Mist, as I was looking at the install I asked their installer Anthony if I can have separate zones off the fan unit in the ceiling. I discussed it with Marinco the boss and came up with a great system. Basically it’s a ducted system with 3 separate zones running off a single haier condenser. So if I only use it for our bedroom the system is only running one ceiling fan unit and ducted to the bedroom. I am so happy with their service and they were so accommodating when it came to my last minute changes. They also installed the ventilation fans for the toilets and bathrooms. They are ducted in-line fans running down to a grill in the roof the ducting is so cool (it’s green)!. When you turn them on you can hardly hear it run. I couldn’t Recommend mist higher. Thanks guys

Purchased 7.1 Mitsubishi unit, Mist were prompt, efficient and so easy to do business with. The tradies who installed unit were neat, clean and extremely helpful and after they left you would never know they had been. Highly recommend Mist they made things so easy. Thanks guys you were all great.

Got what I asked for. The guys who installed it were great. Definitely recommend them for service. Not sure if anyone else can do it for a cheaper price with the same service. I got them to get and install a Mitsubishi 7.1 kW Split system air con for 2.6 K total.
